  2. Reach out to us via whatsapp or via our instagram d.m by sharing a photo(s) of the items you’d like to purchase, indicate the size you’d like the items in and lastly, indicate your exact delivery details, phone number and your preferred delivery time. 

We do same day deliveries via motor bike (boda boda) on orders made before 5 p.m.

Yes we deliver via Wells Fargo courier and Pickup Mtaani as well. These service providers offer next day delivery services. 

No, we don’t. We are purely an online store.

Yes we do have delivery charges. The charges are dependent on how far your location is. 

Yes. This is only allowed where delivery is done via motor bike (boda boda). Payment is due immediately the delivery is made, ensure to have the funds with you. 

Cash payments are highly discouraged. We have an MPESA paybill where payments are made. Once the order is confirmed, the same will be shared. 

Yes you can. Fitting is to be done over tights, leggings, stocking or boxers in order to observe hygiene standards. 

For a fitting to be arranged, delivery has be done via motor bike (boda boda). 

The rider will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes to allow for the fitting. If the fitting takes longer than 20 minutes, the rider will charge extra waiting charges. 

NB:- If the swimsuit is stained in the fitting process the same is automatically considered sold. 

We have an elaborate size chart with measurements on the website, kindly use that as a guide. 

In case you’re still not sure of your size, we can send two sizes over to you for you to fit first (following the fitting guidelines) then retain what fits best. 

We deliver all over Kenya, to Tanzania and to Uganda. 

We allow exchanges within 48 hours of purchase. Exchanges are only allowed of the swimsuit is in the same exact state as and when delivered (with the tags and unwashed). Communication of the intent to exchange should be made within 24 hours of receiving the item(s). 

Yes we do allow pickups provided that communication has been made prior to ensure availability of our representantive. Fittings are not allowed as the pickup location is not a store.
